I’ve been running since the Big Sur betas and the only significant issue I noticed was that Big Sur breaks /usr/libexec/java_home so that it is almost completely useless. I think the NB installer might use that to get the directory for the installed JDK. Otherwise I’ve been extracting NB betas on top of a previously installed version and it has worked without issues.
