I think in the olden days you could have just pressed 'Send' and the report would have been automatically sent to the errors tracker database.
But nowadays Apache by policy disallows such data gathering, even if it is user initiated. I wonder if it's worth making a plugin that does allow this (I know I have such a backend for OpenBeans) and then somehow post stuff upstream to Apache...
