I have followed those steps but the plugin is still in pending verification, moreover, when i try to install it by downloading the nbm from the plugin portal and installing it manually on netbeans, the plugin installer either throws TimeoutException or fails to render the images in the about panel and requires a netbeans restart for the plugin to work
