Trying Netbeans 28 with old Ant project on Linux Mint 23.3. I need to
change one of the project's library jar files but the Edit option will
not let me change it. I would just remove it and add the proper one but
the Remove option is disabled. Is there a valid reason why Remove is
disabled. I hate to have to resort all the was back to Netbeans 8.2 to
recover that capability. This seems like a fairly simple option that
never should have been removed.
