Hi, I am currently working on modernizing the older IntelliJ/Kotlin plugin that was donated to Apache NetBeans by JetBrains.
Using AI, I updated the plugin, and it is now working with NetBeans 31 and Kotlin 2.4.x. You can find the updated repository here: https://github.com/moacirrf/netbeans-kotlin. Please feel free to share any feedback or suggestions. It will still require significant work before it is ready for integration into the main NetBeans codebase.
