Nee, is niet te vinden in de Opties. Ik miste dit al in 4.3.1. LO start
nu wel wat traag op.

van de "techneuten" of dit verplaatst is of dat het een bug is?
Ik heb deze versie nog niet geïnstalleerd, maar ik weet wel dat het bij
vorige versies een installatieoptie is.
Misschien staat de standaardkeuze nu uit.
