Uw mail voor "beste Paul en Agnes" is bij beste "hervé" terechtgekomen. Is
niet de eerste maal. Spijtig heb ik uit uw antwoord niets nieuws geleerd.

Klik op de knop "Menu" links-onder op het startscherm.
Kies "Configuratiescherm".
Klik op het scherm Configuratiecentrum op de optie "Gebruikers en groepen"
Dan opent zich een scherm Gebruikersinstellingen.
Daar kunt u het een en ander wijzigen naar uw wens.
Ik hoop dat het werkt.

Ik ben gebruiker van LINUX MINT MAYA.
Telkens ik updates heb, moet ik een wachtwoord geven. Dat heb ik
uiteraard.
Maar, wat ik zou wensen is een wachtwoord om toegang tot de computer te
hebben.
Mijn eenvoudige vraag luidt: hoe doe je dat, zo'n (persoonlijk) wachtwoord
instellen?
