Nu wil ik daaromheen/ aan de buitenrand een vette rand hebben om dit
blok te accentueren:

Gebruik op het tabblad Randen het meest rechtse vakje onder Standaard.
Als je dit met de muis aanwijst zie je: Stel buitenste rand in zonder de
binnenste lijnen te wijzigen.
