 hmm, I am pretty sure we are using OpenEJB 3.0... this one:

 Solved! Damn Eclipse, trying invisible switch to IBM Java 5 on me
again :). When I run OpenEJB on Sun's JDK6, the problem went away.
Aha! I knew that error was something I recognized vaguely. We attempted to run the tests on openejb 3.0 final with the ibm 1.5 jdk and now I remember that's the error I saw.
