Could I resolve this by changing to a different xsd or the JSTL library? I can do that if it will comply with what OpenEJB is looking for. I'm just unsure of where to change it. I am guessing inside one of the web.xml files for the xsd and replacing the jstl.jar int $CATALINA_HOME/server/lib. Although the jstl.jar that's in there was placed there during installation of OpenEJB, so you would think it would be the correct version. I've tried replacing the jstl.jar to several different versions, but I'm still seeing the error on Tomcat startup.
