did you check the logs? if you are using a version a bit old it is http://localhost:8080/ClassName?wsdl<http://localhost:8080/app-name/ClassName?wsdl> otherwise it is http://localhost:8080/app-name/webservices/ClassName?wsdl<http://localhost:8080/app-name/ClassName?wsdl>
