tomee is not sessionfactory aware so you can need to create a resource of
type sessionfactory and then define it in tomee.xml to be linked to your
real instance.

Personally i'd prefer to hack the mbean but it's up to you.

You can try to open an issue on hibernate too since they suppose too much
about the environment of the container for this feature.
