Looks like Patrick is right, I trimmed the packages from the source and
output directories and it worked for me. The changes passed on Patrick's
TeamCity server too so I committed the changes.

I updated the version tag to 2.2, so that it forces the new version to be
downloaded the next time you do a build. We'll probably want to remove that
in the future, once most of us have the latest version.
