Join Tables by value

Good day to all,

i have the following tables :

SATAFIL0:
                 integer id
                 short domValue

SATADOM0:
                 string domid
                 short domValue

is there any way i can do a join between these two tables, considering the
domid value is not present on any table column in SATAFIL0?
