Hi folks, one of our user reported an issue some month ago. One part of this issue was related to an internal bug fixed since.

BTW, the behavior is not the same with Hibernate (it works fine). Finally, i dug into openjpa and gave it a try setting the property openjpa.ConnectionRetainMode to transaction instead of the default on-demand I'd like to get your opinion.
