Looks like we replied at about the same time. The fixes that go into OpenJPA's 1.2.x branch are included in the next available WebSphere fixpack. Naturally the WebSphere organization takes some time to test the fixes - so if the fix came in "late" in the testing cycle they might wait to include it in the following fixpack.
