Hi Guys

I have fixed Concurrent Modification Issue. However if the item is 
removed from the Entity and then updated the item is not removed from 
the database. The relationship is removed and updated by the value still 
exists. I thought CASCADE.ALL would remove the entity if there was no 
relationship or does or just delete the relationship.
