Hi John, sorry we've been late in getting back to you on this. It is true. This is a bug. I've logged it here:
http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/758 Hopefully someone can help us cook up a patch for this. if not, eventually we will get to it. Thanks for the great bug report! Erik On 6/12/07, zenzero-2001 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Ok, The Internet Explorer problem is a non-issue since it works fine in Windows. I have tested in Safari and have found that the problem with switching between base layers also occurs with this browser. I assume this problem is something to do with browser (in)compatibility and Ajax? If so, I guess the problem could lie within the Rico framework? Does anybody have any possible ideas for a work around? To summarize, I have tried the following browsers: Firefox - PASS Internet Explorer - PASS Opera - FAIL Safari - FAIL Konqueror - FAIL (not so bothered about Konqueror) I guess the problem is symptomatic of the lack of standards between browsers. Am I right or am I doing something dumb? Regards, John W. zenzero-2001 wrote: > > Hi, > > I have a problem with switching between base layers in Opera and > Konqueror.
