I always hit the 'reply to all' button. I'd rather the end user get a
duplicate than not get it at all.
And, more importantly, my mail host trims duplicates for me so I don't
have to worry about it on my end ;)
More seriously though, I prefer that people get an extra email over
possibly miss it.
