That "EPSG:23345" is wroten by my mistake in Email. What I use was
EPSG:2345.
I have seen
http://crschmidt.net/~crschmidt/spherical_mercator.html#reprojecting-points.
But it need
projection.js and the method of point.transform. I find they are not in the
latest openlayers lib. How can I get the projection trasform related
openlayers lib?
