Hi, I was wondering if, instead of an animated gif, we could make a more realistic progress bar (dis)counting the remaining tiles as loaded. I remember seeing a "remaining tiles" message on http://www.openlayers.org/dev/examples/layerLoadMonitoring.html, but that example seems to be broken now. Anyway, does it make any sense? Has anyone tried?
