I got this from another mail
polycontrol = new OpenLayers.Control.DrawFeature(vectors,
OpenLayers.Handler.Polygon, {'featureAdded': YourFunction});
map.addControl(polycontrol);
polycontrol.activate();
But, I am still stuck with getting the co-ordinates.
