[OpenLayers-Users] Question to very slow Google Satellite Layer

Dear list,


I have got an application where a Google Satellite layer is included.
It works, but sometime it takes about 30 secondes until the application is 
loaded (even at a very high zoom level).

If I comment out the code:

  var gsat = new OpenLayers.Layer.Google(
                "Google Satellite",
                {type: G_SATELLITE_MAP, 'sphericalMercator': true, 
numZoomLevels: 16}
            );


...it`s very fast.


Have you made similar experiencies with Google Layers?
Do you know if there`s a possibility to solve that problem (probably not, 
because it seems to be a google problem?)?
