This makes no sense. OpenLayers runs client side (in the browser), it is not server dependent.

I have wasted some time with the project to make it work I happened to be lucky yesterday when suddenly it worked a and i was able to get openlayers working. But the luck lasted for few minutes as openlayers stopped working. Browser is working fine as i used it for opening other openlayers web on windows machines. I know it sounds silly but i am stuck. i have a ms4w running on another machine. I will have to convert the entire website to work on windows.
