I am experiencing this problem with OL 2.8 in IE and FF. My map sits within a container DIV which scrolls when the window size is reduced. If the user scrolls the page, the mouse position is offset. I wondered if Ticket #388 addressed this particular issue, but it appears not. Does updateSize() still apply?
