It's possible to have the same effect with a google layer?
Because :
var gphy = new OpenLayers.Layer.Google("Google Physical", {
type: G_PHYSICAL_MAP,
sphericalMercator: true
});
gphy.transitionEffect='resize';
Doesn't work :(
