Hi, thanks for your hint. That solved my problem almost. I only have to check for a matched maxResolution for my WMS.

Are you sure that you want to have at least 5650 map units (decimal degrees!) in one map pixel? The values you get for the top-right corner are logical, given this maxResolution value.
