I am developing an application and need to draw a polygon by clicking on it and
be able to edit the vertices. That is, by vertices of the polygon can not move,
diminur increase among others. I found an example in OL but I'm with a doubt.

what I saw in the example, I can edit the position of the polygon, the
size and rotation, more than each vertex independently. I could not find an
example that when you click on that corner can make the changes.
Does anyone have any information or link that can help me?
