Solved!
In my map definition I add two lines:
projection: new
OpenLayers.Projection("EPSG:900913"),
displayProjection: new
OpenLayers.Projection("EPSG:900913"),
I also have hanged my data in database from 4326 to 900913. Now every thing
is working just fine: ADD, MODIFY and DELETE feature.
