Sorry for the delay. Now that I'm on spring break, I can take a little more
time to look at your problem. Here are a few things I'd suggest:
1. Your WFS response indicates that you're using WFS 1.0.0. Try using
protocol 1.1.0.
2. You set the projection in the WFS object, which is clearly getting a
response in that projection. Try setting the projection of the layer. One
of the layer options might be *projection: new
OpenLayers.Projection("EPSG:26915")*
