Hi, try using .png or .gif images.

When I overlay it in the map, A black background builds at the null-value-area. Now in the map it is also shown as black and annoys the visual appearance. Is it possible to switch it into transparent? I have tried to change the opacity and transparent:true in the layer params, but it does'nt work.
