we never updated the Spanish model for OpenNLP 1.5.
In order to use it, you either wrap it as a 1.5 model or you
use OpenNLP 1.4.
To wrap it take an English POS Model (that is just a zip, like a jar) and
replace the maxent model with the one from the website. The model
also contain a manifest this you should edit and change the language
to Spanish.
Now you are able to load it with 1.5.

I downloaded the spanish model for POS Tagger from here.

I think that the problem is the incompatibility between the program
versión and the model, but I don't know. Somebody can help me, please?
