What advantage would you see in having a joint project,
as opposed to the individual ones?  As you say, there
already is pretty good interaction between OpenNLP and
UIMA.  At the same time, there are lots of people
just interested in one or the other.  Would you see
it more of an advantage to the developers, or the users?
