Hi!
I am interested in wrapping the Spanish model for 1.4 so they can work for
the 1.5 version of OpenNLP. Is there any documentation explaining how I can
do that?

Hello,
there isn't almost no documentation for 1.4, because this makes it hard to
use we started to work on documentation for the 1.5 series.
Many things are still the some, only the model loading is a bit different.
You can also get the spanish model for 1.4 and wrap it in the 1.5 zip
package, as far as I know it will continue to work as it did before.
For details you should look at the main methods in OpenNLP 1.4 source code.
Furthermore the CESS-ESP Treebank data for the spanish model is freely
available and you could help us to write a converter for OpenNLP to create
OpenNLP training data for the POS Tagger.
