Hi Hazrat, SharpNLP is a C# port of OpenNLP, but it doesn't seem to be under active development anymore. The last commit is from Oct. 1st 2012. http://sharpnlp.codeplex.com/
Still it might be useful, depending on what you are trying to achieve. HTH.
