solr/lucene plugin

Hi

I am trying to follow https://wiki.apache.org/solr/OpenNLP#Installation 
instructions to install the opennlp plugin for solr, but I don't quite 
understand how to do it.

The instructions begin with:
- pull the latest trunk or 4.0 branch

How do I do this? I am using Solr 5.3, and I cannot find opennlp in the 
distributed contrib folder either.
