Thanks tj. Forgot to check if he was subscribed. Wish that Thunderbird
would fix the bug that won't allow to sort on the delivered to header!

What I do in Tb is set the View > Headers to "All", then use the little
box in the upper left corner of the message to suppress the display. To
check on moderation, click the box to expand, and scroll the headers
down. WFM, YMMV.
