Hi Kirk,

please post the URL where you get the dictionary. Dictionaries generally do not come as .zip file but as .oxt file.

If your browser has changed the file name extensions and that is the reason for getting a .zip file, you can rename it to .oxt and again try installation via Tools > Extension Manager.
