Having found the time to check, I find that this issue has already been reported at least twice: 104295 Reported: 2009-08-17 Version 3.1 CONFIRMED https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=104295 120309 Reported: 2012-07-18 Version 3.40 UNCONFIRMED https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=120309 This report also refers to the "perpetual warning" loop when the user answers "No" to the "Repair file" message. Note to QA list: Since the issue still exists in the latest AOO 4.0.1 developer build and has been conclusively confirmed, I propose to either: Close issue 104295 and change issue 120309 to the AOO 4 line and mark as confirmed. OR Close both issues and report as a new issue. Please advise which option is the preferred method.
