Why not suggest to Göte that he write in his native Swedish and ten use
Google to translate to English?  That could resolve many of the questions
raised.

I'm guessing, of course, but by "don't answer" 
does the questioner perhaps mean that the title bar or Windows Task Manager
says what in English versions of Windows is "Not Responding"?
