Recover Windows

Hi, I am having trouble to close this window (see pic)  
It´s telling me that the program had shut down when it was trying to recover 
it´s "windows", and ask´s if i want to let it recover it´s "windows".Now I 
can´t klick any of these, nothing happens, and i can´t open any other windows 
or documents. I can´t close down Open Office in any other way then forcing it 
to. I have tried to reinstall Open Office, and  switching of the computer. How 
can I make it disappear?
