Herbert fixed it (again) for 4.1: users will still see this window (it is an operating system dialog that we cannot change) if their Mac crashes with OpenOffice open, but at the second attempt OpenOffice will remove the stale data and launch normally, bypassing the infinite "Restore Windows" loop. https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119006#c77
