Hi James, Your "out of the office" notes are being sent to the many hundred subscribers of the OpenOffice users mailing list. This is not good.
Could you check your mail client for how to prevent this from happening? There usually is an "exceptions" rule that you can define. I've unsubscribed you from the mailing list for now.
