I have on 4 separate occasions attempted to download V 4.1.0 unsuccessfully. Each time the installation process begins but a window pops up saying I must first exit Open Office 4.1.0 before continuing. When I select OK to that message I get a new message saying the Installation Wizard was interrupted and the installation did not complete. That is very confusing since I don’t seem to be able to proceed without saying OK to the ‘exit message’ but, when I do say OK, the installation process is interrupted. Besides, what I’m trying to do is install V 4.1.0...how can I be asked to exit 4.1.0 when 4.1.0 has never been installed in the first place? What now?
