This site, like its competitors, thrives on _negative reviews_. Reviews that might be objectively factual. Correcting the negative impression that they leave, is part of the business model. I don't know how a US based organization can obtain standing in England, to file a lawsuit against another US based organization. :( The reason for filing the lawsuit, would be to remove the misleading review. On an equally dis-encouraging note, negative reviews crop up on a number of sites, usually with even less apparent justification as this one, but, as happened here, the review is for a completely different product/service.
