I have an Acer (all in one) desktop computer. Z5610. I was having trouble with continual instantaneous shutdowns. This I found was/is a problem with this unit, which I have now fixed.
However, in one of these “shutdowns”, I lost all info on 2 spreadsheets that I was using. Now when I open these spreadsheets, a get a Grey Box stating : Text ….The name of my file Character Set UNICODE Default Language English (Australian). And so on When I click OK ...the Spreadsheet opens, but is TOTALLY blank. Question: How do/can I recover this information.
