Dear Open Office, I have a message on my screen that I cannot get rid of:
“The last time you opened OpenOffice.org it unexpectedly quit while reopening
windows. Do you want to reopen its windows again?”
There are two options: “Don’t open” and “Reopen.” Nothing happens if I select
either.
I can remove the message with a Quit selection, but when I open
OpenOffice, the message is there. I cannot open Open Office. If I can I
cannot use the “Edit” at the top of my Mac, so I cannot print, save, or create
page numbers. I’ve used OpenOffice for years because of its simplicity.
What is happening? This has never happened before. I don’t have the
4.1 Apache yet.

You need to delete the folder "org.openoffice.script.savedState". It is in the "Saved Application State" folder in your User/Library.
