Security will ignore the issue of a site certificate. The security list is for vulnerabilities identified in the software.
Is the download of version 4.1.1 being obtained via <http://www.openoffice.org/download/>? This should not present any security warning. Which software did you use when viewing them? Did you make sure that every font used in your document is installed in you new computer?
