Larry,
The complete message is,  “The application”OpenOffice” can’t be opened”  

It has the “Finders" icon in front of the quotation mark and the small number 
(-1712)   just below the message. 


To close the dialogue box there is a box in the lower right hand corner that 
says  “OK”

That is the complete description of the message.
