I have been advised by Apple to contact you regarding a problem with my printer. I updated to Yosemite 10.10.1 in November 2014.
I have been using Open Office without any issues. All of a sudden it will not connect with my printer. It prints a blank page. Everything has been working until today. It was printing just fine and than no more. The irony is I just need one more page to finish the project I am working on. Please….is there a remedy or update that will work to just let me print that one more page to finish this project? It is important that I will be able to do this. Please advise.
